Questions
Who needs a Lead seat?
Anyone who keeps track of what others owe them: Triage, Nudges, the Weekly review, the Digest. Contributors keep what they owe up to date and can hand parts of it on, for free. Guests, such as a client's people, see only what you share with them, also free.
What happens when the trial ends?
If nobody has subscribed, the Workspace turns read-only. Everything stays readable and exportable, and an Admin can subscribe at any time to carry on. A Workspace left unpaid for 60 days is deleted, with warnings 30 and 7 days before.
Can I start on Solo and add a team later?
Yes. When you invite someone or connect Slack, Jira, Trello or GitHub, Keepthru offers to switch you to Team. The difference is charged at once, prorated for the rest of the period.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle is our merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your invoices. Your card details never reach us. You change the payment method or cancel in Paddle's billing portal, from Settings, Billing.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of your first payment, yes, in full: write to hello@keepthru.com. After that you can cancel at any time, and the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. The Terms have the details.
Do seats change on their own?
Your Team bill follows your Lead seats. Give someone a Lead seat or take it back, and the change is charged or credited at once, prorated.
